Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)
Also known as the Stinging Nettle; fine hairs containing acid cover the surface of the plant and can cause pain on contact. But the fresh leaves are also great sautéed in a bit of olive oil (the heat deactivates the acid) or steamed like spinach!
Great source of iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.*
Available in sizes of 2 oz, 4 oz, and 1 lb.
